HOW DOES IT WORK?
A business owner realises they need help with building or maintaining their business.
They get given great advice to seek out a Virtual Assistant to help.
Contact is made and then an introductory call takes place.
You’d be matched with the right VA for the business needs, you meet and
the rest they say is history!
DO I NEED A VA?
- If your workload is consistently overwhelming and you’re working all hours
and getting nowhere.
- You’re bogged down with vital but very time consuming tasks holding you back
from growing your business or dealing with current and potential new clients in
the manner you'd wish.
- There’s a skill gap stopping you from dealing with certain aspects of the business.
- You’re family and friends pass you on the street without acknowledging you as you work so much that you’re now a stranger to them.
If any of the above is the case, then yeah, you need a Virtual Assistant.
WOULD I NEED TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
Yes. Having a contract in place along with T&C’s is a really simple way for clients to know what they can expect from the services on offer. Communication is key, so knowing what’s what from the beginning, eliminates any surprises down the line.
DO I NEED TO BOOK A LOT OF HOURS?
With Professional VA Ltd, a minimum 5 hours per week is all that is required.
The beauty of working with us is that we want to integrate as part of your team and to do so we feel this is the right amount of time required.
WOULD MY INFORMATION BE SECURE?
Yes, absolutely. Client confidentiality is of the upmost importance and taken very seriously.
IS THE WORK YOU DO FOR ME CONFIDENTIAL?
Again, absolutely! Just like any employment contract, there is a clause in there that states
we will not share any data relating to any work that we carry out for any clients under
any circumstances.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes we have full Professional Indemnity. We've got you covered!
WILL I NEED TO CHECK IN CONSTANTLY AND MAKE SURE YOU’RE OK?
Nope! Unless of course you just fancy a bit of blether?
We do however strongly believe that communication is
key, so initially we would encourage a weekly catch-up,
and your VA will communicate daily where time was spent and what will take place the next day.
